1. Service Subscription Tiers

• Self Managed (Free Tier): Restricted to a maximum of ten (10) active reminders. Natural Language Processing (NLP) email reminder extraction is subject to standard processing speed.
• Fully Assisted (Premium Tier): Billed annually at ₹649/year (calculated monthly at ₹54/month). Subscribers receive unlimited active reminders, priority NLP contextual parsing, active AI chatbot channels, Google Calendar synchronizations, and direct alerts sent on WhatsApp.

2. Account Activity & Suspension

We log security data including registration metadata, user email configurations, and the customer's last login IP address. The system logs user activity logs to detect loopback violations. The administration reserves the right to suspend or suspend user accounts temporarily or permanently for violations of scheduled email request protocols.

3. Billing, Downgrades, & Cancellation

Premium memberships are billed on a recurring annual schedule of ₹649. Downgrading manually from the Fully Assisted plan back to Self Managed will take effect immediately. Access limits of 10 active reminders will enforce restrictions upon downgrading. Past payments are non-refundable.
