Recallify is committed to preserving the privacy of our scheduling users. This privacy policy describes the scope of metadata collected, logged, and parsed on the Recallify servers.

1. Information We Collect

• Identity Data: Username, profile phone numbers, registered email addresses, and date joined metadata.
• Device Log Data: We automatically record security access logging details including your last login IP address.

2. Application Utilities

Natural Language Processing parsing of email bodies operates entirely transiently; raw email contents are NOT permanently stored on Recallify backend Postgres servers. Event metadata mapped as "Recallify Reminders" is explicitly persisted for Dashboard visibility and scheduling execution.

3. Data Sharing

Your scheduled reminders and profile logs will never be distributed to unauthorized third parties or marketing aggregators.
